Training details

  • In person training can be provided as 1:1 private or as 2:1 tandem sessions

  • Training facility: Iron Raven Fitness in Port Coquitlam.

  • Virtual training is 1:1 private only.

  • All sessions are 60 minutes

  • Payment is to be made prior to the training session

  • All current Provincial Health Orders and Mandates are followed
