Hi, I'm Julia - a BCRPA Certified Personal Trainer, Group Fitness instructor and online coach. I'm a BCFit presenter, the creator of the 12-week Work It Girl program, and a Group Fitness instructor with the City of Coquitlam.

I'm on a mission to make fitness fun and accessible for everyone - no matter the age, stage, or ability of the individual. Everyone deserves to feel confident and empowered by exercise.



My programs are designed to help empower women with fitness. 

The programs are not quick fixes - they are designed to set you up for long-term success through progressive workouts and exercises that are reinforced by healthy habits and lifestyle choices
